New video makes direct plea to Senator Coburn

The LRA's abduction of 30 people from a church in Central African Republic this past weekend reminded us of the urgency of seeing the LRA Disarmament and Northern Uganda Recovery Act passed by Congress and signed into law by the President.

Oklahoma Faith Leaders: We need you!

The Dr. No Please Say Yes campaign is going full force and we are employing every strategy possible to show Senator Coburn the strength and scale of constituent support behind this legislation. Ultimately, Senator Coburn must see that there is widespread agreement that the gross injustices occuring in central Africa are worthy of our country's concern, engagement, and investment.

Why is Senator Coburn blocking this bill?

You'd think it would be uncontroversial that our political leaders would want to help end the reign of one of the world's worst war criminals. And while Senator Coburn supports the bill's overall intent, he is willing to block its passage unless specific - and untenable - changes are made that weaken the bill's impact.

Senator Inhofe (R-OK) addresses Coburn's hold in a speech to the Senate

Senator Inhofe (R-Ok) has continued to be a strong and committed voice within Congress on the issue of the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA). Over the past few years, he has tirelessly called for greater U.S. engagement to end Joseph Kony's campaign of violence and to support LRA-affected communities in central Africa.

T-minus two days to launch

T-minus two days to full launch.
